The Typing of the Dead je arkádová hra vyvinutá WOW Entertainment a vydaná Segou pro hardware NAOMI. Vydána v japonských arkádách v roce 1999, portována na Sega Dreamcast v roce 2001 studiem Smilebit. Verze pro Windows vyšla v roce 2000, pro PlayStation 2 v roce 2004. The Typing of the Dead je modifikace Segovy světelné arkádové hry The House of the Dead 2 z roku 1998 -- místo pistole se používá klávesnice. Hráč se ujímá role tajného agenta v zombiemi prolezených Benátkách a musí rychle psát písmena, slova a fráze, aby zničil postupující nepřátele.
