Zone of the Enders HD Edition (mimo Japonsko jako Zone of the Enders HD Collection) je opětovné vydání her Zone of the Enders a Zone of the Enders: The 2nd Runner pro konzole PlayStation 3 a Xbox 360. Kolekce přináší vylepšené textury a grafiku; hra The 2nd Runner navíc obsahuje obsah ze Speciálního vydání vydaného výhradně v Japonsku a Evropě, importovaný soundtrack s remixy hudby ze série a také demo hry Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance. Přidán byl i nový úvodní film animovaný studiem Sunrise na hudbu Theme of Z.O.E. 2, Beyond the Bounds. Kolekce vyšla v Severní Americe 30. října 2012 a v Evropě 30. listopadu 2012.
